LanceDB "pro" memory plugin finally made HyBran search feel instant

I swapped OpenClaw's default memory for the new LanceDB hybrid plugin and HyBran stopped shrugging when I asked for an old brief. Vector plus BM25 plus the cross-encoder rerank means the phone actually surfaces the right markdown note on the first try, and I keep my personal journal in a separate scope so nothing awkward leaks into client work.
