By clicking "Reserve Now" and placing a $19 deposit, you are securing a priority position in our production queue for the HyBran device.

• Fully Refundable: Your $19 deposit is fully refundable at your request at any time prior to your final checkout. To request a refund, please contact support@hybran.ai.
• Not a Final Sale: The deposit does not constitute a binding contract for the sale of a device, nor does it guarantee a specific delivery date. It merely acts as a reservation.
• Pricing Tiers: We offer limited pricing tiers (Super Early Bird at $299, Early Bird at $399, and Retail at $499). Your position in these tiers is determined by the timestamp of your successful deposit. We will notify you when it is time to complete your final configuration and checkout.
• Auto-Deduction: At final checkout, your $19 deposit will be automatically deducted from the total purchase price of the device.

The HyBran website describes advanced capabilities, including "Self-evolving UI," "On-device persistent memory," and "Proactive heartbeat intelligence."

• These descriptions represent our design goals, engineering targets, and anticipated capabilities. Because we are actively developing cutting-edge AI hardware, final product specifications, software features, UI designs, and release timelines are subject to change.
• If the final product differs materially from your expectations based on this website, your sole remedy prior to physical shipment is to request a full refund of your $19 reservation deposit.

By submitting your email address via our "Stay in the loop" form, you consent to receive periodic updates, marketing communications, and behind-the-scenes content regarding HyBran's development and launch.

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of our emails. Opting out of marketing emails will not cancel your pre-order reservation or transactional emails related to your deposit.

All content on the HyBran website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, UI mockups (such as the "self-evolving UI" visuals), audio, video, and software, is the property of HyBran or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to bypass our payment gateways, submit fraudulent credit card information, or use bots to claim limited "Super Early Bird" spots.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website, including introducing viruses, trojans, or launching a denial-of-service attack.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyBran and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website exceed the amount you paid to us (e.g., your $19 deposit).
