• Zero Cloud Processing for Personal Context: We do not upload your emails, traffic routes, or relationship milestones to our servers to train our master models.
• Micro-tools Generation: Apps and tools generated on the fly by HyBran.com are compiled and executed locally.

*A detailed Hardware & OS Privacy Agreement will be provided upon activation of your physical HyBran.com device.

We use the information collected via this website to:

• Secure your place in line for the Super Early Bird, Early Bird, or Retail tiers.
• Process the $14.99 deposit and manage automatic deductions at final checkout or full refunds upon request.
• Send you administrative emails regarding your order status.
• Send marketing communications about the "next evolution of mobile" (only if you opted into our newsletter). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Prevent fraud and ensure the security of our website operations.

Because your $14.99 deposit is "fully refundable," we will retain your reservation data and payment tokens (via our payment processor) until you either finalize your device purchase or request a refund. Once the transaction is finalized or refunded, we retain basic billing records only as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes.
