As explicitly stated on our website, the HyBran.com device itself operates with an on-device AI core. Your personal conversations, routines, and context processed by the device remain local and are never sent to our cloud.

- Zero Cloud Processing for Personal Context: We do not upload your emails, traffic routes, or relationship milestones to our servers to train our master models.
- Micro-tools Generation: Apps and tools generated on the fly by HyBran.com are compiled and executed locally.
*A detailed Hardware & OS Privacy Agreement will be provided upon activation of your physical HyBran.com device.
3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short:To process your reservations, refund your deposits, and send you product updates.
We use the information collected via this website to:
- Secure your place in line for the Super Early Bird, Early Bird, or Retail tiers.
- Process the $14.99 deposit and manage automatic deductions at final checkout or full refunds upon request.

Once the transaction is finalized or refunded, we retain basic billing records only as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes.
